Enrollment & Access

Upon payment, you receive access to course materials for the specified duration, plus any noted lifetime resources. Do not share account credentials.

• Access is personal and tied to your account and payment method.
• We may require re-authentication for security if unusual activity is detected.
• Some live sessions may require registration due to limited seats or studio capacity.

Payments & Refunds

All prices are shown in USD. Refunds may be available within 7 days if less than 20% of content is consumed, unless otherwise stated for intensives.

• Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable regulations.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may suspend access while the claim is reviewed.
• Refund eligibility is evaluated based on time since purchase and consumption metrics.

Acceptable Conduct

• Behave respectfully toward instructors and peers
• Use studio equipment safely and per instructions
• Do not redistribute course assets

We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations, harassment, cheating, unsafe behavior, or misuse of community channels.

Intellectual Property & License

Course videos, PDFs, templates, and brand assets are owned by Clay Workshop or its licensors. You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use materials for personal learning only.

• No copying, screen-recording, republishing, or resale of course content.
• No sharing direct download links or distributing course files to third parties.
• Student work you create remains yours; you grant us permission to feature it with attribution unless you opt out in writing.

Availability, Updates & Changes

We aim for reliable access, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update course content, schedules, or platform features to improve quality, comply with legal requirements, or maintain security.

• Maintenance windows may temporarily affect streaming, downloads, or logins.
• We may update these Terms; changes apply from the effective date listed above.
• If a material change affects paid access, we’ll provide notice within the platform when feasible.
